HNM Collection delivers orders throughout Pakistan.

Delivery Charge

A standard nationwide delivery charge of PKR 250 applies unless a different amount or a free-delivery offer is shown during checkout.

Payment

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders and locations. Any additional payment options introduced later will be displayed securely during checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are reviewed before dispatch. Customers may be contacted through the official details supplied during checkout if confirmation is required.

Delivery Time

Estimated processing and delivery times will be confirmed before launch and may vary according to destination, courier operations, public holidays and exceptional circumstances.

Receiving Your Parcel

• Please provide a complete delivery address and an active phone number.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for a COD parcel.
• Inspect the parcel packaging when it arrives and report visible damage promptly.
