Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation before an order has been processed or dispatched.

How to Request Cancellation

Contact HNM Collection through the official customer-support channel and provide the order number and the phone number used when ordering.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and our Returns & Exchange policy will apply. Repeated refusal of verified Cash on Delivery orders may affect eligibility for future COD orders.

Cancellation by HNM Collection

We may cancel an order because of stock unavailability, a quality-control concern, incorrect pricing or product information, failed verification, suspected misuse, an unserviceable address or another operational reason. The customer will be informed using the contact details provided with the order.

Prepaid Orders

If a prepaid order is cancelled by HNM Collection, any eligible refund will be returned through an available approved method after verification. Processing time may depend on the payment provider.
